Every item is custom-made just for you after your order is placed. Because of this, orders require a short production period before they ship.
Processing Time
Most orders are produced within 2-5 business days before shipping. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–30 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on the shipping carrier or other circumstances outside of my control.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please allow a few extra days, as shipping carriers occasionally experience unexpected delays.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can't locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office before contacting me.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible.
Once an order enters production or has shipped, I'm unable to guarantee address changes. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to be sent again.
